  2. Navigate to Service Engineers<\/strong> tab<\/li>
  3. Click New<\/strong> button<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Link to User Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    First, associate with Salesforce user:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Enter essential engineer details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Personal Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Engineer Name<\/strong>: Auto-populated from User<\/li>
      • Employee ID<\/strong>: EMP-2024-0156<\/li>
      • Mobile Phone<\/strong>: (555) 123-4567 (required for dispatch)<\/li>
      • Secondary Phone<\/strong>: (555) 123-4568<\/li>
      • Email<\/strong>: Auto-populated from User<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Employment Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Hire Date<\/strong>: 03\/15\/2020<\/li>
        • Engineer Type<\/strong>: Full-Time Employee<\/li>
        • Status<\/strong>: Active<\/li>
        • Seniority Level<\/strong>: Senior Technician<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4: Add Regions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Go to Service Regions Related list<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Add New Service Region<\/strong><\/li>
          • Pick the region which he\/she should be assigned to<\/strong><\/li>
          • Give the start and end dates<\/strong><\/li>
          • Save<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            Step 6: GPS Tracking Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            Configure location tracking for dispatch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Enable GPS Tracking<\/strong>: Yes<\/li>
