Any service plan contains the following information to track your service contract:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:33\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:33\"><strong>Type and duration of contract:<\/strong>\u00a0This specifies the type of service plan (e.g.,\u00a0standard,\u00a0premium,\u00a0etc.) and the length of time it covers.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"6:1-6:17\"><strong>Pricing Model:<\/strong>\u00a0This defines how parts are priced during service jobs.\u00a0Typically,\u00a0the price of a spare part will be determined by the pricing model associated with the service plan.\u00a0You can create multiple pricing models and associate them with different service plans.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:154\"><strong>Engineer Assignment:<\/strong>\u00a0This defines the engineer who will visit the site and perform the service job.\u00a0You can schedule the engineer&#8217;s next visit here.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"8:1-8:236\"><strong>Callout Charges:<\/strong>\u00a0You can set up callout charges at the service plan level.\u00a0This way,\u00a0whenever you schedule a callout job,<span class=\"animating\">\u00a0the invoice will be calculated based on the standard and out-of-hours charges specified in the service plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"animating\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:155\"><strong class=\"animating\">Scheduling Policy:<\/strong><span class=\"animating\">\u00a0You need to define a scheduling policy at the service plan level to ensure that the next job is automatically created whenever the current job is completed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Create new \u2018Service Plans\u2019 by clicking \u2018New Service Plan\u2019 button on the account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Required Fields -&gt;
