Step 1: Access Customer Management

  1. Open FieldAx app
  2. Navigate to Accounts tab
  3. Click New button

  • Account Number: AUTO-001234 (auto-generated)
  • Customer Type: Commercial
  • Industry: Manufacturing
  • Status: Active

  • Annual Revenue: $5-10 Million
  • Number of Employees: 50-200
  • Year Established: 1995
  • Business Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Step 3: Primary Contact Information

    • Hours: 24/7 operation
    • Special Instructions: Use loading dock entrance

Step 6: Billing Information

Set up payment details:

Billing Configuration

  • Billing Address: 1234 Corporate Plaza (if different)
  • Payment Terms: Net 30
  • Credit Limit: $25,000
  • Tax Exempt: No
  • Tax ID: If exempt
  • PO Required: Yes

Step 8: Customer Classification
