Creating Time Off Records

Step 1: Access Time Off Management

From Service Engineer record:

  1. Navigate to Time Off related list
  2. Click New Time Off

Step 2: Basic Time Off Information

Enter request details:

Time Off Details

  • Type: Vacation
  • Start Date: 07/15/2024
  • End Date: 07/19/2024
  • Total Days: 5
  • Status: Approved

Additional Information

  • Reason: Summer vacation
  • Emergency Contact: (555) 999-8888
  • Coverage Arranged: Yes

Step 3: Partial Day Configuration
